Angelina Matteliano
Angelina Matteliano (she/her) is a movement instructor with a dance-rooted approach to fitness and two years of experience in the industry. After experiencing knee injuries as a dancer, Angelina discovered the power of cross-training and fell in love with yoga and Pilates as tools for both performance and longevity.
She holds certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Power Pilates Mat Level 1 instructor, YogaRenew 200-hour Yoga Teacher, and an IBBFA Barre Fitness instructor. Angelina teaches Pilates, yoga, barre, and personal training, with a focus on alignment, injury prevention, and mindful, effective movement.
Her coaching style is fun and challenging, with a strong emphasis on proper alignment, mind–body connection, and grounding through movement. Members can expect a total-body workout that incorporates mobility and stretching, creating strength while supporting recovery and balance.
What makes Angelina’s classes unique is her contemporary fusion approach, blending techniques from multiple modalities to create dynamic, well-rounded sessions. Her classes are set to fun DJ-style playlists with dancehall beats across genres, keeping energy high while staying intentional with movement.
Outside the studio, Angelina is a freelance classical ballet dancer originally from Buffalo, New York, and is currently pursuing her college studies. She is passionate about helping clients recognize their own strength while learning patience and care for their bodies.
