Angelina Matteliano.
What inspired you to get into fitness?
Knee injuries as a dancer lead me to cross training more and I fell in love with Yoga and Pilates.
Do you hold any certifications?

NASM CPT, Power Pilates Mat 1, YogaRenew 200Hr YTT, IBBFA Barre Fitness Certified, CPR/AED Cert.
Do you have any specialties or focus areas?
Yoga, Barre and Mat Pilates.
How would you describe your training or coaching style in a few words?
Fun and challenging, alignment focus for injury prevention, Mind/Body Focus to ground/stress relief.
What can members expect when they take your class or train with you?
A total body workout with mobility and stretching incorporated.
What’s one thing that makes your classes or sessions unique?
It's a unique blend of my training from many modalities for a contemporary fusion class.
What kind of music gets you hyped to move?
Fun DJ sets with dance hall beats across genres always gets me going!
What do you love most about working with clients or teaching group fitness?
When I can show them their own strength and yet help them be patient with themselves.

I'm a freelance classical ballet dancer, originally from Buffalo, NY and I'm in college for Psychology.
