BQE Personal Training

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING & SUPPORT

Our program will provide you with the confidence and tools for success through teaching proper form, nutrition, and metric tracking by providing you with the necessary support and communication. With the Trainerize app which will be available soon, you will have access to contact your trainer for support at any time, view and update your metrics, access your nutrition plan, view and track your workouts, access video instruction on how to perform exercises correctly, and more! We make personal training easier by providing you with the tools for habit building that will lead you to long term success. Our support system goes further than our communication system, tag us in your workouts for additional accountability by our fit fam @vibefitness.us.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Meet your fitness goals in intimate groups with our trainers.
Our small group training program offers a variety of goal specific training tracks in small groups of 2–4.

The importance of tracking your progress accurately is essential, that's why we offer innovative health tracking through the "In-Body" system. This full body exam provides a precise analysis with detailed knowledge about your muscle mass, body fat percentage, and overall fitness level. When you sign up for your membership, you’re guarantee a complementary initial scan and consultation with a PT. By tracking your progress as soon as you step through our doors, we can better assist you in reaching your goals.

Your fitness journey doesn’t end between sessions, we offer continuous support and accountability with Trainerize. We recognize that consistency is key to achieving long-term success in fitness. That's why many of our personal trainers utilize Trainerize, a cutting-edge platform that enables clients to continue working towards their goals outside of training sessions. With Trainerize, you'll have access to customized workouts, nutrition plans, progress tracking, and direct communication with your trainer, ensuring that you stay on track and motivated.
