Wendy DeLuise has been a fitness and movement instructor since 2019. Inspired by a passion for physical health, emotional wellbeing, and community support, Wendy approaches teaching with care, intention, and a deep respect for each individual’s journey.
She is certified through Yoga Alliance, Yoga Tune Up, and Studio Pilates. Wendy teaches Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, as well as HIIT. Her specialties include building lean muscle, getting toned, and creating well-rounded programs that balance strength, mobility, and mindfulness.
Wendy’s coaching style is supportive, fun, lighthearted, and warm while still offering a meaningful challenge. Members can expect a great workout paired with thoughtful guidance, individualized support, and a welcoming environment that honors different needs and goals.
